What are some good beginner violin exercises?

I'm trying to learn the violin, but it's kind of hard teaching myself (I live in the deep south, and nobody knows classical violin, just fiddle). So I'm using the Internet to my advantage. I found a few great sites, but all the exercises are above my level. Do you know any websites that have beginner exercises, like rhythms & scales? Thanks.
